DP RUTO ATTENDS WAIGURU SWEARING IN KIRINYAGA

So Deputy President once famously dismissed former Devolution CS Ann Waiguru's defense on her
alleged role in NYS scandal as mere catwalk and kizungu mingi.

They say there is no permanent friends or enemies on politics only interests. These came after Waiguru, now Kirinyaga governor, attempted to links two of the DP's close allies to the 871 million scandal.

But on Tuesday DP Ruto and Ann Waiguru took a short walk from his helicopter dais in Kirinyaga University Grounds,  the venue of her swearing in.
