Julia Gichuru and the Husband Anthony Gichuru also decided to take ice birth therapy together. The two lovebirds stripped down to boxers and bikini before they got into a special bathtub which had freezing water and ice.
She said they stayed in a freezing tab for a record of 25 mins and warned that ice bath can cause hypothermia a condition that occurs when your body loses heat faster than it can produce heat causing a dangerously low body temperature.
