A woman is accusing Conseslus Kipruto, World Olympic Champion of neglecting their child and wants him to pay the upkeep costs. These happened at Eldoret Court where she filled the allegations of the World 3,000 meters Champions.
Horta Jesan, the mother to the child who claims that they cohabited as husband and wife between 2015 and 2016 where she conceived a boy child only to disagree later and separated. Since then she has been bring up the boy alone with so much struggles as the deadbeat father is moving around with fame and money.
Now Jesan is left with no option but to go and demand to the court 50,000 monthly pay for the child upkeep since the famous deadbeat dad cut all communication between them.
She said " all i want is the upkeep of the poor innocent baby, he is the father, he should provide for his son i have been struggling to make ends meet while the famous Championship Dad is just squandering money and fame.
He has been summoned to appear at the Chief Magistrates Court on September 25th for the hearing of the case.
